Tai Chi May Improve Alzheimer’s Disease Symptoms

Gentle exercise can be very beneficial for patients with Alzheimer’s disease. In this video from EcoPlexus Fitness, certified personal trainer and health fitness specialist, Denise Murray talks about the use of different colored Tai Chi sticks for simple exercises designed to help those with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia.
